You could try Ravintola Töölönranta and it's Scandinavian/European cuisines.

The average temperature depends the detailed arriving time. On the begin of June can be still cold as under 10 degrees. Late June the temperature rise around 15-20 degrees. Take warm clothing specially if plan to visit cost line and stay out on late evening. ;)
