The course features long, tight fairways that meander through the desert landscape and arroyos that are prevalent in the southeast section of Las Vegas. Architects Billy Casper and Greg Nash take full advantage of the elevation changes by giving you many different options from tee boxes that perch high above the fairway on many holes. This perspective is unique to most golfers, and there is not a course in Las Vegas that offers more dramatic changes in elevation (or more picturesque views). While not considered to be an overwhelmingly difficult golf course, The course will definitely test your game- particularly from the back tees (which measures over 7100 yards). The Lexington provides a dramatic setting with unobstructed views. The sloping terrain and deep canyon rims provide the golfer with a one of a kind golf experience. The course was built into the natural canyon landscape to provide players with an intimate, secluded golf experience. Multiple tee areas and strategic hazards make the course capable of testing even the best players abilities with providing others with a fun, manageable challenge.
