- This award-winning upscale restaurant off Highway 278 toward the southern end of the island offers creative cuisine with a colorful tropical flair that it calls "revolutionary dining." It's also a wine bar with an extensive cellar as well as a retail shop. Open every night of the week, it offers a popular $14.95 early dinner special from 5p-5:45p from a selected menu that includes a complimentary glass of house wine. Wine-tasting events featuring six to seven wines, accompanied with imported cheeses, also draw clientèle. The restaurant has a private room called the Chef's Cellar that seats up to 75 people, and the restaurant also caters. Outdoor dining is available on pleasant days. - Natasha Lawrence
