• This café, cum bar, cum club, cum restaurant has a serious identity crisis.  Having established itself as one of the more credible venues in town at its old address just around the corner on Le Thanh Ton, it has now re-opened in attractive new premises in a row of converted shophouses on Ly Tu Trong. The change in address has not solidified any unifying theme, but the fact that such a cerebral and inviting spot has not been lost to the city is reason enough to rejoice. By day it is a relatively straight down coffee shop, with a mixed clientele that takes in students, tourists and a generous smattering of Japanese drawn by the Japanese/Vietnamese fusion food on the menu.  By night, things get more interesting. Regular installments of the underground club night dOSe are held here and the place is generally heaving on those occasions. It's generally more mellow than pumping here however, making this a good choice for a civilized evening with friends.
