Description:

• The name means "three kingdoms" and the restaurant has three separate menus, one each for Hue, Saigon and Hanoi. The food from each is aristocratic, refined, and beautifully presented. A soft shell crab is deep fried in batter, and oozes a garlicky juice when you cut it open. Roast dry fish is served with green mango. You can sit inside, in a small leafy garden, or on the balcony. Given the quality of the food and the service, the restaurant offers exceptional value for money.
