These reach a zenith with the venue's famous Bernie Burger – a flawless pattie accompanied by a thick slice of beetroot. It's regarded by many as being the best burger in Saigon and can certainly make a fair claim towards being so. Elsewhere, the formula is just as successful. As you would expect from an Aussie-run venue, the steaks are immaculate while even Vietnamese staples such as pho escape the usual sanitization meted out in westerner-focused restaurants – albeit they are far pricier than they would be on the street. Throw a decent selection of drinks and first class service into the mix and you've got a formula that will have you coming back for more.
