Description:
- Bun Cha Ha Noi Nem Cua Bien (Hanoi Grilled Pork with Vermicelli Noodles and Stuffed Crab Rolls) is just down the alley, right next door to Pho 2000. It sits unassumingly in an area of Le Thanh Ton Street that is packed with trendy expat venues. Bun Cha consists of grilled pork patties that along with slices of pork are served on top of fresh vermicelli noodles, vegetables, and topped with a generous dose of marinated fish sauce vinaigrette with sliced carrot and green papaya. Patrons call also order nem cua biển (stuffed crab rolls) or bánh tôm (battered shrimp), both which are a little bit on the greasy side, but like the bun cha still awesome and so cheap! - Kevin Minh
