Bun Cha Ha Noi Nem Cua Bien

Description:

  • Bun Cha Ha Noi Nem Cua Bien (Hanoi Grilled Pork with Vermicelli Noodles and Stuffed Crab Rolls) is just down the alley, right next door to Pho 2000. It sits unassumingly in an area of Le Thanh Ton Street that is packed with trendy expat venues. Bun Cha consists of grilled pork patties that along with slices of pork are served on top of fresh vermicelli noodles, vegetables, and topped with a generous dose of marinated fish sauce vinaigrette with sliced carrot and green papaya. Patrons call also order nem cua biển (stuffed crab rolls) or bánh tôm (battered shrimp), both which are a little bit on the greasy side, but like the bun cha still awesome and so cheap! - Kevin Minh

    Absolutely gorgeous.

  • The Bun Cha Ha Noi here was the best of the best we had in Vietnam. I cleaned up every morsel of this dish here. For about USD2.50 you get a big plate of rice noodles, generous servings...

    Amazing crab spring rolls!!!

  • Only a couple of choices on the menu here..... We tried the minced pork and crab spring rolls..... The spring rolls were definitely the highlight. Food comes with a mountain of herbs...
