• Hoang Ty is a long-time popular Saigon establishment throughout the city, offering popular dishes from the southern Bang Trang province. Mornings are busy, serving the noodle dish "Banh Canh" with light broth and slices of pork with a variety of fresh vegetables and condiments such as fish, chili and hoisin sauce. Afternoons and evenings fill the tables for the very popular "Banh Trang Phoi Suon": the rice paper roll wrapped with boiled pork strips, pickled carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, cilantro and lettuce.
