• This place is a great starting block if you've ever wondered about eating street food in Saigon but were afraid to try. This place has a lot of elements of eating street food but in a clean setting. Food is prepared up front for you to see, and you can simply point to whatever you want to eat. Dishes are typical local fare with a variety of beef, pork, chicken or fish dishes served with rice and usually a light broth on the side.  People here sit together sharing tables, and the wait service, albeit a little chaotic, is abundant.
