• This restaurant at the luxury Caravelle Hotel was recently renovated. The new décor is a bit on the dark side, with more large tables than small one -- a shame, because the dim candlelit room really calls for intimate, romantic dinners for two. A live pianist warms the atmosphere with classical tunes, as you dine on lavish Mediterranean dishes. Additional dazzle comes from the spectacular views of Lam Son Square and the Ho Chi Minh Opera House.
