You get places at rokeby, Glenorchy,Dynnyrne,Lenah valley, west moonah and hobart it self, starting from around $140 per week, depends how central you want to be, or if you will be attending the uni or not, I suggest you go central, as Hobart isn't real big, and you get can get most places with in 30 minutes..
