Nobu is, simply, the most prestigious Japanese resturant in the world. This installment does not dissapont. Book ahead and dress up.Mother Nature lies sleeping here. The bar- created from an 18ft Ficus tree seems to float on the ripple patterned terrazzo floor. Between 6pm to 8pm, pre-dinner drinks come with a complimentary selection of Nobu Tapas. A sake sampler is available with a choice of three Hokusetsu sakes. Afterwards retire to the Nobu Bar Lounge, there waits the twinkling lights of the Hong Kong skyline.
