• Helmed by Michelin-star chef Gray Kunz,who made his name internationally in the 1980s when he ran the kitchen at Plumein the former Regent Hotel (now the InterContinental), this new "grand café" is located on the 49th floor of the Upper House.
  
  The restaurant serves up modern interpretations of unique European cuisine, made from fresh, organic ingredients. The food (like the braised short ribs) is definitely the star of the show here, but also competing for your attention is a spectacular 14-meter bar, a symmetrical theater kitchen and spectacular harbor views. Its so expensive, perhaps not even worth it if you don't want to drain your financial resources.
