- The long time IFC establishment has moved across the harbour to the sparklin new shopping mall THE ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui. Executive chef Nelson chui has brought over the restaurant's signature dishes, including Kobe beef carpaccio, foie gras, "3 ways" (pan fried, comemade terrine and egg yolk consomme); and slow cooked Wagyu beef cheek. Meanwhile we are craving the ultimate confort food items on the menu, like the crab platter, which has Dungeness crab cake, avocado crab salad and crispy soft shell crab.
Harlan's has a "wine gallery" next to the entrance as a showcase of their extensive wine list collection for diners. Currently they have over 2000 bottles of wine with over 200 different labels from all over the world.
