Man Wah - Hong Kong

  • Description:

    • Man Wah is located on the 25th floor of the plush Mandarin Oriental. The restaurant accommodates 62 guests at a time and offers delicious Cantonese cuisine. The decor is elegant, with rosewood furniture, gold-plated lamps, antique flower vases and several David Wong paintings adorning the walls. Although the menu changes seasonally, the signature dishes are available throughout the year, as is an imaginative dim sum menu—try the sautéed fillet of sole with green vegetables in black bean sauce, or the steamed crab claws for a sumptuous dining experience. Reservations are strongly recommended.
