Located on the 56th floor, Petrus offers great views over Hong Kong. You have to be fairly solvent to enjoy the full range of the menu because on the 56th floor food does not come cheap. A la carte is available, or you can opt for set menus. Jackets are required for men and no jeans are allowed!
