• You will need to book or arrive early because Rico's does good business every day of the week. The clientele is made up mainly of expatriates, since few tourists ride the Mid-levels Escalator this far. The food is well cooked and even though the seating space is cramped, the Spanish dishes and wine are well worth the trek up from Central. The menu includes a variety of tasty tapas dishes as well as substantial paellas.
