• Sushi Uogashi is a newly opened joint serving authentic sushi, and is a good hideaway from nearby Lan Kwai Fong. It's pretty tiny, seating around 30 people, but the elegant Japanese style décor makes the restaurant feel homey and cozy. Try the salmon sashimi prepared in four ways, which involves chopped salmon being served with different dressings. Classics such as shrimp sushi, California rolls and eel sushi are all competent, thanks to the quality of the seafood.
