  • Usually dessert places like Tong Pak Fu in Mong Kok start to attract a crowd after 8pm every night but the 30 minute wait is worth it for the candied ice sherbet. The cutest part is you choose your own toppings and the choices are immense, there are even corn flakes so don't get too excited mixing and matching your toppings. Iced Sherbets originally are a Taiwanese dessert but in Tong Pak Fu in Hong Kong adopted this cute dessert. Stay safe with chocolate, jasmine tea or guava flavoured shaved ice. If there is one negative thing about Tong Pak Fu it is the location, with no special signs you'll have to walk around to reach this dessert place.
