• Watami is a local treasure that has several branches around Hong Kong. It is always packed during peak lunch and dinner hours. They don't allow phone reservations, so either start lining up early or visit during off-peak hours. Signature dishes include Baked Scallops with Butter, Pizza Topped with Teriyaki Chicken (a Japanese fusion pizza), Tuna Brisket Roll, Roasted Squid, Pork & Shrimp Gyoza and the Anago Tempura Roll.
