You can try Macau Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui or Causeway Bay.

My personal favourite has to go to Wing Lok Yuen in Central. Their pork chop buns cost HKD 20 and the pork chop and caramelized onions go together so well. The sauces are legendary and you can even try their even more famous double sausage hot dogs as a side order to your Macau pork chop bun.
