The beginning of Waikiki beach is a short walk away, as are all the shops, restaurants and other hotels of Hawaii's most famous tourist area. Rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, and the ones that face the sea have a great view of wonderful sunsets.

      Feel like shopping? Head over to the upscale King Kalakaua Plaza just across the street. Since the new Hawaii Convention Center opened three blocks away, this hotel has become of interest to business travelers as well as leisure visitors to Honolulu.
