• Chinatown Culural Plaza is as close to the real thing as any Chinatown outside of China. It smells looks and acts as any good Chinatown should. Great little fish and vegetable markets as well as some truly great Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese restaurants. This is a true Chinatown experience, also the stomping grounds for a lot of Hawaii's homeless. If gritty and authentic is your thing, then this a must-see hawaii spot.
