Description:
- Located on a backstreet in Waikiki across from the Halekulani Hotel, this swanky restaurant puts a bit of Las Vegas glamor into Japanese cuisine. Japanese tourists and power-lunchers are regulars at this trendy spot. The menu features new dishes along with old traditional favorites, but it's the Omakase dinner that is the shining centerpiece of the Nobu experience. This chef's selection is always creative, enjoyable and unique, but be prepared with your credit card to enjoy it all because this and anything else at Nobu certainly does not come cheap. The bar also makes a wonderful lychee martini. - Lottie Tagupa
