- The Health and Physical Education Arena or the H & PE Arena, as it is popularly known, is a huge sports facility located within the campus of the Texas Southern University. Home to all the live action of the men's and women's basketball and volleyball teams of the institution, the Arena houses 8100 in seating capacity. It has been witness to some of the most nail-biting contests among University Championships. Its size makes it ideal for other events like concerts as well. The Arena also includes a conference center that can be used for meetings and conferences. The Arena is available for rental.
