- Five generations of bakers have built Le Moulin European Bakery to the superb level it is at today. Untreated flours and grains are used in the special breads, making it both a health-nut and bread-lover's paradise. It features breads from around the world, including German farmer breads, baguettes and Swedish Limpa. The smells are wonderful and the flavors are delicious. The bakery is also certified kosher by the Houston Kashruth Association.
