  • With so many things to see and do in Ibiza, it's a wonder anyone gets any rest. Start at the Catedral de Santa Maria de Ibiza, the focal point of the old-world life located in the center of this stunning city. Take a few hours and stroll the windy streets of old town, also known as Casco Antiquo de Dalt Vila. This is by far one of the most beautiful sections of the city and is rich with local history. From here, check out the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo and the Museo Arqueologico, both great museums that tell the city's history through local art and ancient relics. Don't miss the statue dedicated to Cristobol Colon (aka Christopher Columbus). Locals still stand by the idea that he was born here. The area's most popular monument is, however, the Monumento al General Vara de Rey, for a general who died in the Cuban War.
