Description:
- This is a fairly short hike to a mountain summit above timberline. It passes through a spruce-fir forest then up to the alpine tundra for the last half mile. Once on top you have a beautiful 360 degree view of the surrounding area including Mt. Evans, Pikes Peak, Longs Peak, and Denver . It is great to take kids and a picnic lunch.
