Downtown's North End Attractions in Idaho

Boise's North End is one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city. Partly that's because it's so close to downtown. Partly is a certain essence of hip. Residents like the North End because they abhor suburbs, and this neighborhood is urban all the way. Hipsters, hippies, baby boomers and babies all love the North End. Large, old trees create a natural arch over the streets. People sit on front porches or work in their front yards. Neighbors hold street parties. Dogs abound. And, among the most important reasons people love the North End is its proximity to the foothills, where they spend a lot of time walking, biking, hiking, and playing.
