Leaving Boise for a few hours, you are taken to the small Italian town that the restaurant is named for and the birthplace of Asiago cheese. The vineyard-influenced restaurant offers fresh pasta and a choice of about 15 sauces. Specialties include fish dishes and large salads. Complementing your meal is a long list of wines and microbrews, or try an after-dinner espresso. Space for private events is also available.
