Boise Co-op

• The Boise Consumer Co-op started out like many other co-ops, with a few dedicated volunteers ordering in food for a small group of members. Over the last 30 years, it has grown into Boise's premier organic and natural foods store. Located in the North End with easy access to downtown and the freeway, the Co-op features locally grown, organic produce, meats, and dairy products. You'll also find locally produced salsas, sauces, breads, pastries, and more.
  
  A full deli provides delicious take home lunch and dinner options. In the same department, you'll find desserts and coffee, plus a gelato counter.
  
  The Co-op is also well known for its vitamins and supplements, as well as a large beauty and health department.
