Built in 1982 and renovated in 1992, this inner-city hotel rates as one of the most attractive and up-to-date in Innsbruck. Possessing an antique charm, it offers modern and convenient accommodations. Rooms are rather small yet exceedingly up-to-date, with very firm beds. The most desirable ones look out over the back, where you'll have a close-up view of the shingled onion dome of the oldest church in Innsbruck (now used as the headquarters of a company that makes keys). Parking is sometimes available for free on the street; otherwise, it costs 11€ ($18) per day in a nearby public garage. The hotel's restaurant, serving mainly Austrian dishes, is open only to hotel guests.
