The Alpine Zoo is worth a visit. It is the highest zoo in Europe. Depending on how long you will be staying in Innsbruck, and how much you want to do, it might be wise to buy a Innsbruck card. Some hotels provide this as part of their package. The card allows discounts to attractions, and free public transport within the Innsbruck. It also allows one free lift (ascend & descend). The Swarovski Crystal World is nearby, but unless you are into modern art made with crystals from Swarovski, I do not recommend it. The Court Church in the city is worth seeing. It has one of the most interesting monuments in the entire Tyrol area, as it holds the tomb of Emperor Maximilian, and is surrounded with larger than life bronze statues. There is a beutiful palace and castle to visit as well. take a look yourself at this website: http://www.innsbruck.info/xxl/_lang/en/index.html
