Hostel Lima

• Hostal Lima is really not that great of a place, but it is quiet, in a great location, and super cheap. Private rooms are 20 soles a night and have a private bath and TV. The hostal has an interior courtyard with some plants and a payphone with its own little booth for privacy. It is located on the 5th or 6th block of Prospero, the main road in downtown Iquitos, five blocks from the Plaza de Armas, and five blocks from the Plaza de 28 de Julio, and five blocks from the Belen Market. It's just one block from the Amazon River and so basically ideally located. The rooms are standard and could use a little cleaning, but it is safe and quiet, and cheap.
