• Spread out on several levels with high stools embracing tiny tables at street level, Sarabi is well situated right on the main drag of Beyoglu, next door to the flower passage and fish market. It's main function is that of a popular meeting place for groups of friends at the beginning of a night out. The top floor is a sweltering oven in summer, but very pleasant in winter, although the inevitable clouds of rising cigarette smoke can be a real downer for non-smokers.
