Unfortunately the French scene in Istanbul is not "grande". There are not that many bistros in the city; not even of the mediocre type. Whereas good, big, elite, mediocre or bad bistros have overtaken many other metropolitan cities, the cafe culture is a bigger theme in Istanbul. As such, when it comes to the French bistros in the city, there is maybe 10 in total anyway...
