Cosmopolitan cities, such as Istanbul, have it in their nature to attract big names and brands, as well as gourmet opportunities.
So far international brands such as Zuma and Cipriani have already made their way into Istanbul. They have established themselves in Istanbul's rich and trendy neighborhoods and attracted a relatively rich and refined clientele.
