Vacation rentals as in Swiss Chalet rentals or country homes are not a common to-do around Istanbul. In fact in Istanbul, you would be lucky to find a friend that owns or lives in a grand villa or anything bigger than a 150 sqm flat. Istanbul is a crowded city that manages itself into condos, apartments and lately residences.
