• Chilai has been founded in one of the most beautiful buildings in Bebek. It is a three floored building with a different concept, theme and service on each floor. There is a patisserie and charcuteri that is open everyday between 10.00-22.00. The main entry floor is bistro, lounge & bar area that is open everyday between 10.00-02.00. The sushi bar is open from noon till night 12.00-23.00; and the fine dining area, which is the upper floor is in service only for noon 12.00 - 15.00 and evenings 16.30 - 23.00.
  
  The fine touch is however that there is also an art gallery inside. The art gallery is on the same floor as the sushi bar. The opening exhibition is mixed one that has had support from Turkish artists such as Devrim Erbil, Mustafa Ata, Komet, Mustafa Pilevneli, Ergin İnan, Süleyman Saim Tekcan, Ahmet Nejat and Mehmet Aksoy.
  
  The entire staff had strong academic background and can speak multiple languages. Customers may arrive with car; but they may also end a nice Bosphorus tour at Chilai port and enter from the docks of the restaurant.
