- Etiler Marmaris Büfe is a good place to get Ayran - looks like a glass of milk but really it's a savory, salty yogurt drink. It's sort of an acquired taste for Westerners, but if you like the Indian salt lassi, you'll enjoy the Ayran. Wet burgers here are good too. Juicy and wet and weird but good.
