Description:
- Lavanta was initially opened in Alaçatı in Çeşme / İzmir as a summer resort restaurant. It focused primarily on Aegean dishes and Mediterranean delicacies. Since 2008, Lavanta has started operating also in Istanbul -both in summers and winters. Its Istanbul branch is in Ortakoy (a beautiful seaside town just at the center).
