Maya is an exceptional restaurant in the heart of Karaköy. Its menu -prepared daily from fresh ingredients- changes daily as well. Didem Şenol announces the day's menu each day on her blog / restaurant web site.
Food is simple, prepared from seasonal ingredients. One might say the cuisine tends to take a twist of fusion as the blend of ingredients are sometimes beyond the traditional. Yes, it may be so... However, the dishes are not based on heavy and hot spices.
