The formerly derelict and now reclaimed Kurabiye Street is now home to an increasing number of tiny restaurants. This one, however, is a standout. The menu is entirely vegetarian -- the type of vegetarian that keeps you coming back for more. Some of the creative dishes are broccoli ograten (sic), chard lasagna, black-eyed bean salad with walnut, and stuffed artichoke dolma. Zencefil , across the street, may be healthy, but it's not veg like Parsifal.
