X Restaurant

• The "X" Restaurant has been opened in the new "home" of Istanbul Culture and Arts Foundation (IKSV). The Restaurant is belongs to the management of Borsa Restaurants Group (Rasim Ozkanca). The most outstanding aspect of the restaurant is its vast view, that is very much alike to that of 360 Restaurant. Many visiting customers delight on the gourmet offers and tend to mention its risottos are especially successful. Prices are quite hefty; in fact could be considered to be somewhat overpriced. Service is okay. At peak hours, the staff tends to get a bit too busy and they may end up mixing your plates. I did hear of the following story once. After having mixed the legendary risotto for a pasta, the waiter commented on the two meals of being quite similar... Although take this as a heart-warming anecdote, not necessarily a criticism. Take the following as a criticism though: Chairs are plastic... considering price for value.
