Borusan Music House

Description:

• Borusan Music House is built inside an historic and old building, whose establishment by a French architect dates back to 1875. As the Music House was established, all functional and acoustic details were thought for, whilst preserving the historical foundation of the exterior surfaces. The lowest floor has been conceived as a large gallery - entrance, which can be accessed from the main Istiklal Street. Entrance to the Music Chamber is from within the side Street "Orhan Adlı Apayadın". The concert area is on the upper two floors, accommodating 200 seated and 500 standing audience. There is also a multipurpose workshop / atelier on the 5th floor and a beautiful terrace over-sighting panoramic city. For events, please refer to the Music House's Web site.
