• The first original culinary school approved by the Ministry of Educations is the MSA (Mutfak Sanatları Akademisi) "Culinary Arts Academy" is founded by the City & Guilds. City & Guilds is a non profit British Academy owned and managed by the Royal Family of England. As such, MSA has well-founded connections with a variety of different educative institutions around Europe and is able to send its students abroad for higher education. There are a variety of different courses at MSA catering to different segments: amateurs, professionals, those willing to become professionals, corporate events etc. Celebratory chefs and other well known professional chefs teach high quality classes in different areas such as meat, fish, pasta, bread, Italian cuisine, sushi and more.
