• Hagia Sophia is one of seven wonders of world.Sofia means ''wisdom'' in old Greece.And Hagia Sophia mean is '' Holy wisdom'' So it is important for Orthodox.İn construction of it,about 10.000 workers worked and Justinian spent many moneys for it.İn 1453 year,Sultan of Ottoman Empire fatih Sultan mehmet conquered İstanbul and transformed a mosque from Church.Big Architect Sinan rebuilt it and until now it has never collapsed.
