•  Istanbul Culinary Institute was established in 2008. It is a professional training and production center with a dedication to research and it aims at teaching and promoting the Turkish cuisine nationally and globally.
  
  The Institute is multi-purposeful and has thus a lot to offer including a school of culinary arts, an apprentice restaurant (Enstitü), and a gourmet food store featuring food items produced on the premises. The Institute also hosts seminars and occasional public events (films, lectures and exhibitions) to address larger crowds and to distribute its message.
