• Le Chic has been operating initially as a catering and event organization firm. With the encouragement and support of the kitchenware producer Gaggenau, Le Chic also launched a school approximately three years ago. Courses at the school are for six people only. There are five teacher chefs. Courses include spot event menus, cakes, bread, cookies, various beverages and cocktails; school programs focus on many of these and also Mediterrenean and world cuisine.
