DEPENDING ON THE ARRIVAL TIME,
TWO WAYS
TAKE A TAXI TO BAKIRKOY SEA PORT (5 MNTS) AND CHECK IF THERE ARE DIRECT BOATS OR SEA BUSSES OR
TAKE A SEA BUS TO BOSTANCI (ANATOLIAN SIDE) 45 MNTS
FROM BOSTANCI TO BUYUKADA EVERY 20 MNTS THERE ARE PUBLIC BOATS
HAVE A NICE TRIP

First You can take a taxi from the airport to Bakirkoy ( only 10 min. distance ) and from there ( from the sea buses port ) take a boat to bostanci ( 20 min . ) and
FROM BOSTANCI TO BUYUKADA EVERY 20 MNTS THERE ARE PUBLIC BOATS.

You may follow this 1-Ataturk Airport to Bakirkoy by Subway 2- Bakirkoy to Bostanci by Seabus 3-Bostanci to Buyukada. Sea traveling takes less time than highway does in Istanbul. Have a nice trip.
